Replacement & Refund Policy

We select only the best flowers fresh from local growers and the market 3 times per week and take care to ensure that each order is prepared to our very high standards.  However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, let us know within 24hrs and we will be happy to replace your flowers or give you a full refund. It is important that you notify us within this period so that we are able to assess the condition of the flowers before they start to deteriorate due to new conditions.

Please note that we are unable to accept liability where the wrong delivery address has been given due to customer error. 

Cancellation Policy

One-Off Orders

Each delivery is made to order and due to the perishable nature of flowers we are unable to accept same day cancellation of an order.  If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at least 1 day prior to delivery date and we will be happy to provide a full refund. 

Flower Subscription Service

Subscriptions may be cancelled no sooner than 3 months after the first delivery.  Cancellations must be emailed to us at [email protected] with at least one weeks notice from the next expected delivery date.

Weddings

Charmed Flowers reserves the right to retain the initial $100 deposit on any order cancelled within two weeks of the wedding date and that if significant costs have been incurred as a result of the cancellation, reimbursement will be sought.

Substitution Policy

Flowers sent may vary from the photo depending on the season and availability of those flowers.  Similarly with containers, if suppliers are out of stock of a pictured container, vase or basket, we will use a product with a similar look. We reserve the right to substitute any item in the photograph for another item of equal value and size. 

Our focus is the overall look of the gift and ensuring that you get great value for money.
